If the answer is yes, you have a great God on you side who has defeated everything that is against you, and now as you follow him, you have what it takes to live a victorious abundant life. When a believer walks with Jesus and looks into the Word of God for instructions, understanding is opened, crooked ways are made straight, impossible situations are resolved, doors of opportunity are opened, and blessings flow like a river. As soon as a person believes in Jesus Christ, chains are broken and the believer is set free to follow the Lord. We will never reach Heaven if we never believe. Believing in Jesus brings understanding as we search the scriptures for instructions and knowledge of what we must do in order to be saved. After we have obeyed the Lord while walking with him, we will hear him say, "Well done..." at the end of the journey. God always keeps his promise. Believe, Repent, Be baptized in the name of Jesus, Be filled with the Holy Spirt of God as God speaks and gives you utterance in the Sprit. Let God use your tongue and your lips to grant you assurance that the power you need in order to make it has arrived. Stay close to the Lord for the rest of your life and you will be saved.
